From the moment we first met,

From hearing about her life, her family,

From the music, the poetry,
I knew she’s the one,
From the conversations we had after that night,
I knew she’s the one,
From how she made me laugh, and how she scared me,
I knew she’s the one,
From her heart, from how she knew me,
I knew she’s the one,
For her kindness, her understanding,
I knew she’s the one,
From how well we get on together,
I knew she’s the one,
From candlelight, and moonlight,
I knew she’s the one.

Even when she didn’t realise I was her one,
My spirit had already decided that she’s the one.
